Ruth

Hello!  And, thank you for visiting my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me.

I live in Beautiful Ontario, Canada. I am European American, since I was born in Germany..

My friends call me Ruth or Ruthie, but my kid friends always call me Roofy. I was married to my Chris for 34 years. Chris battled MS bravely, but he lost the battle. I am now starting a new direction in my life.

I am also the proud owner of two dogs, a Lab & Golden Retriever.

I love going for long walks with my dogs and friends. I also love playing the organ and listening to music and reading. I am passionate about health, and natural health remedies for people and pets.

I have not had a vacation in 20 years because I was the only care giver of my hubby (and I did so gladly). Before that, we loved to go to cottage country and walk, fish and enjoy nature with our dogs.

I have a goal to move in a new direction now. I must learn to live without my husband, but not without his influence. My new business ventures are the ways I can do this. It's always my goal to help those who need it.



I've been fortunate to accomplish many things in my life. But my biggest accomplishment: I achieved my own personal highest accomplishment by being at my husbands side, 24/7, throughout his ordeal. It was an accomplishment for both of us to not just survive but to thrive in our lifestyle.

I'm enjoying my choice right now of being an entrepreneur. Having my own business means that I do not have to go back into the work force. I was 25 years in administrative work, and then a full time care giver. I am not in a mindset for having a boss this stage in my life.

I had already read about this wonderful program (Rebuild Your Vision) many years ago, but lost the information (no blogs or internet back then). And then one day, all of a suddden I saw it promoted on the internet. And now, I am promoting it myself.

What fascinated me? I realized that we exercise all parts of our bodies to improve certain parts (hips, abs, thights), so, why not with our eyes? Makes sense, right?
