There are other ways to improve and enhance ones vision! Here are some tips, some of which may give you results in just weeks.
Diet: Eat and drink healthy choices. Especially include Vitamin A, such as egg yolks, carrots, and sweet potatoes are great choices.
Cut out the white sugars and flowers and the processed grains. Go for whole grains and wheat. Also, cut out the fats! (Unless it is the Omega3 Fatty Acid Kind)

Exercise: Both the body and the eyes.
Do easy activities such as:
Sunning, by turning face the sun shutting your eyes. Your eyes need the sunshine. Do this a few minutes, a couple times a day.
Palming, also helps get rid of tired and stress and strained eyes. Warm your palms, either by blowing on them, or holding a warm cup. Then, put the palms over your eyes, don’t touch the eyes, and just let them gently relax.

Also, make sure you give your eyes lots of breaks away from your computer or cell phone… the stress of staring at a screen is bad for your eyes. Look away, at a distant point, frequently when looking at a monitor!
