Birthday message from Linda Tellington-Jones
(a.k.a. Alohananielele, my Hawaiian spiritual name) . . .

Dear TTouch Family,

June 30th marks my 70th birthday. I am very excited about reaching this milestone and feel this is a propitious time to join our hearts in order to create a new synergy for sharing TTouch around the world.

To CELLebrate I’m spending the afternoon and evening meeting in council with a small group of friends near Santa Fe, New Mexico.

At 3 PM we are meditating and sending Heart Hugs around the planet. Wherever you are, please join us in weaving a web of Light and Love and Healing for Mother Earth and All Beings.

If you send me a photo of you and your favorite animal(s) we will print it and place it in the middle of our meditation circle.

You can also send a request for healing prayers and the name (and/or photo) of the one in need – human or animal.

And if your birthday is on the same day or close, send me your picture and date and we will celebrate together.

Turning 70 and being in excellent Health – mentally and physically – is a treasure, and I hope, an inspiration for you all. All those years of vitamins and minerals, careful food selection, exercise, chelation, oxygen, heavy metal testing, and parasite control from time to time, has paid off.

Meditation, Affirmations, Thanksgiving, Honoring the Oneness of All Beings, and my commitment to Divine Spirit, have brought me to a place of joy and deep appreciation of life.

Great genes also help. Mother is 94 and still mentally and physically healthy. Our father played golf up until four months before he crossed the rainbow bridge at 93. His mother was bowling the week before she “changed addresses” (as the Hawaiian’s describe the transition we call death). Our mother Marion’s father, Will Caywood, was still training horses in his 80’s. So there is a good chance that my sisters Robyn and Susan, and brothers Randy, John and Gerry will be around for a long time.

My husband Roland, whom I am certain is an angel sent from Heaven to share my life in these ripening decades, has added richness I never dreamed possible.

In case you are at a stage in your life when have not yet found your partner, remember that I journeyed on the path of life without a mate for 17 years. This was actually a blessing, allowing me to focus on the development of TTEAM and TTouch, and mature into an appreciative, patient, loving partner. Trust that everything has perfect timing, so do not despair if you are alone. Now we’ve got E-Harmony or its equivalent!

I give thanks each day for the gift of our worldwide Family who are sharing TTouch with the two-legged, four-legged, feathered, finned and scaled!

Since time is an illusion, you can be with us the entire time no matter where you are on the planet!

From wherever you are, join us in creating this web of Light and Healing and Heart Hug around the planet and into the Universe.Blessings and Aloha, Linda

The Heart Hug Step by Step:

· Place one hand on top of the other with palms at the center of your chest at the level of your heart. Visualize the face of a clock on your chest, under your hands, with six o-clock at the bottom of the circle closest to the ground.

· Beginning at six o-clock, inhale and exhale while slowly and gently pushing the skin in a circle and a quarter, with a consistent rhythm, stopping at 9 o-clock.

· At 9 o-clock take another deep breath in and out with your hands remaining quietly at the 9 o-clock position.

· Repeat this circle three times slowly.

· Then visualize a place, person, animal or event that makes you feel wonderful and hold this thought while repeating the Heart Hug several times.
